The rooms at Dependence del Parco were absolutely fantastic. The balcony with partial lake views made it feel like a dream. The private bathroom was spacious and had a great bathtub. The living area with a cozy sofa and satellite flat-screen TV made me feel right at home. The pillow menu and air conditioning added that extra touch of comfort. And let's not forget the free WiFi, a must-have for any tech-savvy guest like me!
Personally, I found the seating area in some of the rooms a bit too small for my liking. But hey, that's just my opinion and I'm sure others might actually enjoy it.

This hotel is worth staying at for the lake view alone. All rooms have a balcony with a view of the lake. In addition, breakfast was the best part of my stay. It's perfect to fuel up for a day out and about. The staff was also very helpful and pleasant.
All was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel located on the lake side. The views from my room were breathtaking, and I loved waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was a great way to start my day before heading out to explore. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. The complimentary toiletries and electric kettle were also a nice touch.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an incredible family vacation on the shores of Lake di Lugano. the location was perfect with beautiful views across the lake and great facilities. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds and air conditioning. the breakfast buffet was incredible with a large variety of options. the resort had something for everyone, from kids' clubs to adult-only pools, donkeys, and water sports.
The rooms' bedding wasn't very comfortable in some cases and the utensils and crockery were excessively priced.

Stunning Place and Great Experience
We had an amazing trip to this hotel. The view is breathtaking and the pool area is a perfect place to relax. , the food was incredibly delicious with kind and accommodating staff. The location was very convenient with easy access to local attractions and transportation. One of the best aspects of our stay was the spacious and clean room. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends.
Although our stay was fantastic, we found the separation policy was uncomfortable, as it kept families and couples apart. , the overall design of the hotel was outdated and could use some refurbishments in some areas.
